As Production Manager, Valerie is the organizational backbone of Chisel and harnesses her intuitive attention to detail to ensure that productions proceed smoothly.  Valerie has experience in all aspects of owning and operating a business from accounting, bookkeeping, to managing a team of up to 24 employees and several large development projects with budgets exceeding $6 million while working under extremely tight time restrictions.  Valerie is a dynamic and highly motivated individual with superb planning, organizational and administrative skills which make her an asset in determining the efficient and economic way to schedule productions.  With Chisel, she guides the production and post production team to meet budgets and deadlines
